Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item.
You're welcome to exchange items if they are unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. There is no restocking fee as long as these conditions are met. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us and to receive the new item.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your tracking information shows the order as delivered. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a defective item or your order did not arrive on time, contact us and we will replace it or cover the return shipping at our expense. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Special order and closeout items are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
Place the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number, full name, and the date your order was placed inside the package.
Send your package to our address below using any shipping method you prefer. Make sure it is postmarked within the 30-day return window.
Once we receive and process your return, a refund will generally be issued within 24–48 hours. Processing may take slightly longer if your return arrives outside of normal business hours.
