How the Rental Process Works

Book Your Rental
Contact us in store, by phone, or by email to reserve your rental. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability of your preferred style — especially during peak wedding and prom season. A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
We stock all of our rentals in store, so last minute rentals can often be accommodated — but early booking is always preferred.

Get Measured
Visit us in store for a professional fitting and to choose your rental items. If you are out of town or already have current measurements taken within the past few months, you can submit your measurements online and contact us by phone or email to arrange your rental in advance.
We recommend getting measured and selecting your rental at least a few weeks before your event to allow time to source additional inventory if needed for large wedding parties.

Pick Up & Fitting
Pick up your rental on Thursday or Friday before your event. At pickup we will ensure everything fits perfectly — if any adjustments are needed we will swap sizes or make the necessary alterations on the spot so you leave looking your absolute best.
Remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Enjoy Your Event
Look and feel your absolute best for your wedding, prom, gala, or formal event. Your rental period typically covers Thursday or Friday pickup through Sunday or Monday return — giving you the full weekend for your event.
Extended rental periods beyond one week may be available and will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Return Your Rental
Return your rental to our Meridian store on Sunday or Monday after your event. Please do not clean or launder the rental items — cleaning is included in your rental price and we handle all dry cleaning professionally upon return.
Simply return the items as-is and we take care of the rest.

Policies & Important Information
Deposit & Payment
A $50 deposit is recommended at the time of booking to reserve your rental. The remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Online payment for rentals is not currently available — all rental payments must be made in store or over the phone.
Cleaning Policy
Dry cleaning is included in your rental price. Please do not attempt to clean, wash, or launder any rental items. Simply return them as-is after your event and we handle all professional dry cleaning ourselves. This ensures the longevity and quality of our rental inventory.
Late Returns
Rentals are due back on the agreed return date. A minimum late fee of $20 per day will be charged for late returns.
During peak wedding and prom season late fees may be higher due to high rental volume and tight turnaround windows. Your rental items may be needed by another customer within days of your return date — timely returns are essential and greatly appreciated.
Damage Policy
Rentals returned with damage may be subject to a damage fee assessed at the time of return. The fee will vary depending on the nature and extent of the damage. Normal wear during the rental period is expected and will not be charged.
Wedding Party Discounts
Wedding party discounts are available and vary depending on party size and time of year. Ask one of our associates for details on any current promotions or group offers available for your event date.
Extended Rentals
Standard rentals cover a Thursday or Friday pickup through Sunday or Monday return. If you need the rental for longer than one week, extended rental periods are available and will be discussed and priced at the time of booking so there are no surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book my rental? ▼
The sooner the better — especially for weddings and prom season. We recommend booking and getting measured at least a few weeks before your event. This gives us time to order additional inventory if multiple parties are renting the same style around the same date. That said we stock all of our rentals in store so last minute rentals can often be accommodated.
What if I live out of town or can't come in for a fitting? ▼
No problem — if you have current measurements taken within the past few months you can submit them online through our Submit Measurements page and contact us by phone or email to arrange your rental in advance. We will have everything ready for you at pickup.
What if something doesn't fit right at pickup? ▼
We take care of it on the spot. At pickup we do a full fitting and if anything doesn't fit perfectly we will swap sizes or make the necessary alterations right then and there. You will not leave our store unless everything fits exactly as it should.
Do I need to clean the rental before returning it? ▼
No — please do not clean or launder the rental items. Dry cleaning is included in your rental price and we handle all professional cleaning ourselves after each rental. Simply return the items as-is and we take care of the rest.
Are there discounts for large wedding parties? ▼
Yes — wedding party discounts are available and vary depending on party size and time of year. Please ask one of our associates for details on any current promotions or group offers available for your specific event date.
Can I pay for my rental online? ▼
Online rental payments are not currently available. All rental payments including the $50 deposit and remaining balance must be made in store or over the phone. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We are working to make online rental payments available in the future.
What if I need the rental for longer than a weekend? ▼
Extended rental periods are available beyond the standard Thursday or Friday pickup through Sunday or Monday return. If you need the rental for longer than one week additional charges may apply — this will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking so there are no surprises.
